Purpose of Picture BC
Picture BC was established to share images of BC chosen by its communities. Our purpose is to provide professional quality images that are available for individual, commercial or media use without copyright or other restrictions.
In plain terms, if you want to download an image from this site for personal use – go ahead. If you want to download for use in a publication – go ahead, but we would appreciate receiving credit. For the finer details, read on.
Terms of Use Agreement
By accessing this website, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions contained herein from time to time. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not access or use this website or any of the materials displayed on it. Your continued access or use of this website will constitute your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, as they may be amended by the Union of British Columbia Municipalities (UBCM) in its absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice to you.
